Mandatory Equipment

Athlete's skating as members of clubs affiliated with Speed Skating Canada, and all athletes competing in Speed Skating Canada sanctioned events must wear the following equipment in accordance with Speed Skating Canada regulation N14-102.

Hard Shell Helmet	Bib Style Neck Protector
Cut And Water Resistant Gloves	Knee Pads

Shin Guards:(soccer shin guards are acceptable)
Long Sleeved: Shirt And Long Pants
Skate Guards: (of an appropriate length for the skate blade)
